Roger Stokes

Mr. Roger Stokes has served more than 31 years in various intelligence roles with the Defense Intelligence Agency/US Army Military Intelligence as a Senior Counterintelligence Special Agent; the Federal Bureau of Investigation Directorate of Intelligence as a Supervisory Intelligence Analyst/Intelligence Program Inspector; and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Office of Intelligence and Analysis as a Senior Intelligence Officer.

Most recently, Roger served as the Director of the Dallas Police Department’s Fusion Center-Real Time Crime Center and as the Department’s Chief Audit Executive. He also provided threat management and cybersecurity consulting as a corporate security management consultant supporting enterprise-wide security development and lecturing at North Texas Colleges and Universities.

Roger earned an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Masters of Homeland Security Studies from the Naval Post Graduate School-Center of Homeland Defense and Security, a Masters of Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma, and a Bachelor’s degree from Excelsior College.
